Site Supervisor (Renovation) 

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise, monitor, and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring alignment with the contract, drawings, and specifications.
  • Collaborate effectively with consultants and contractors to maintain a seamless flow of work.
  • Prepare and diligently update daily progress reports, verifying their accuracy, and actively participating in site meetings.
  • Ensure all executed work complies with meticulous attention to drawings, specifications, procedures, and schedules.
  • Conduct regular, thorough checks and tests, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Verify that delivered materials conform to approved specifications and quantities, maintaining consistency with site records.
  • Communicate professionally with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders, swiftly notifying management of any discrepancies or non-compliance.
  • Uphold site safety measures and ensure unwavering compliance with all statutory requirements.
  • Upon the completion of each stage, conduct a comprehensive inspection, ensuring the rectification of all defects, even during the defect liability period.
  • Document and regularly update site progress with detailed photos using the TEAMS application, reporting to superiors and designated designers.
  • Flexibly handle any other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in site supervision, preferably with a property developer and/or contractor.
  • Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Architecture) or equivalent.
  • Preferred Senior Executive specializing in Engineering Architect/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Fluent in written and oral communication in English, Cantonese, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Availability to work 6 days a week.
  • Solid understanding of building regulations, construction techniques, and project implementation processes.
  • Strong time management and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a high level of confidence.
  • Organized, disciplined, highly motivated, proactive, and a dedicated team player.
  • Experience in tender works will be considered an added advantage.
  • Must possess your own transport.
